Community Association Manager's duties include, but are not limited to:
Maintain physical operations (grounds inspections, overseeing repairs, etc.)
Maintain financial status (budgets, billing, collections, etc.)
Prepare community operations reports
Consult with Board for formulation of policy decisions
Keep open line of communication with residents
Organize and manage Board meetings and documents
Enforce community policies
